Job description

At Aaction Rents, we're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, knows their way around equipment (or wants to learn), and takes pride in being part of a solid team. This role is the front line of our business-working directly with customers to get them what they need, when they need it.
If you're someone who likes staying busy, solving problems, and being part of a crew that supports each other, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
  • Help customers identify and rent the right equipment for their needs
  • Process rental orders and contracts accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate deliveries and pickups with our transport team
  • Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
  • Follow up on rental needs and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Communicate potential sales opportunities to our sales team
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace
  • Stay engaged in ongoing training (minimum 20 hours per year)
  • Jump in where needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of rental industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with construction, industrial, or lawn & garden equipment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid CA driver's license with a clean DMV record
