Job description

TheRenovation Sales Specialistis responsible for generating opportunities and receiving qualified leads from the business development team and close lead deals. The Renovation Sales Specialist are also responsible for demonstrating the product, handling prospective client's objections, and drafting and closing contracts for new customers.
Renovation Sales Responsibilities and Duties
  • Proactively schedule on-site sales calls and discuss renovation offering and evaluate customer needs.
  • Qualify Opportunities and engage Renovation Department as needed for site walks.
  • Build all proposals and collaboration with Renovation Department on Scope of Work, Pricing and Project Timeline Deliverables. Ensure all relevant data is captured in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with the Renovation Department to determine scheduling and then inform client on estimated service or delivery
  • Create contract terms and send to potential clients
  • Close signed contracts or process PO's
  • Enter all opportunities into Salesforce and work toward Pipeline Accuracy
  • Daily track leads, sales and follow up activities
Sales Job Description
  • Enter Sales Orders and Bids, expedite purchases, and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order process
  • Work with the Marketing Department to maintain product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to our customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly required quota targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Operators, Builders, Designers, etc.
  • Assist customers, assess their needs, guide their product selections, and successfully close sales
  • Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Department to create new print material, quarterly campaigns, customer engagement, etc.
  • Attend trade shows, sales events, etc.
Renovation Sales Responsibilities and Duties
  • Attend pre-bid meetings (Please note that bid meetings may be after 5 pm)
  • Budget and bid projects for plaster, deck coatings, thermal covers, equipment installation, slide-renewal and renovation projects
  • Create and close renovation project contracts
  • Inform service/renovation crew of closed renovation project to put on schedule
  • Keep detailed records up to date in Salesforce for all project related needs from opportunity identification through project close
Requirements
  • Must hold a valid Driver's License
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Must have reliable vehicle and willing to travel
  • Must be comfortable using social media to promote sales
  • Commercial sales experience a plus
  • Aquatic experience a plus
  • Bilingual a plus (English and Spanish)
