Position Title: Interior Renovation Technician

Most of our structures are primarily concrete and steel, with in-house divisions self-performing a variety of trade craft scopes including:

grading/excavation, underground wet/dry utilities, concrete/rebar, framing/drywall, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, roofing, landscaping, pools, as well as other scopes


We are a premier renovation company specializing in high-quality interior renovations for multi-family residential communities. Our projects focus on exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering outstanding results for property owners and residents. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Interior Renovation Technician to join our growing team.


Position Summary

The Interior Renovation Technician is responsible for performing a variety of renovation and remodeling tasks within multi-family residential properties. This role requires strong technical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently in occupied and vacant units while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform interior demolition and renovation work while protecting existing finishes and occupied spaces.
  • Install and repair drywall, trim, molding, doors, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry elements.
  • Complete painting, patching, texture matching, and finishing work to company quality standards.
  • Assist with flooring installation, tile work, and fixture replacement.
  • Perform basic plumbing and electrical tasks as permitted and directed.
  • Read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
  • Communicate professionally with residents, property managers, project managers, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and resolve construction issues proactively.
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project timelines.


Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of residential renovation, remodeling, maintenance, or construction experience.
  • Strong finish carpentry and general renovation skills.
  • Experience working in occupied residential environments.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.


Preferred

  • Experience renovating apartment communities, condominiums, or multi-family properties.
  • Knowledge of drywall finishing, painting, flooring, tile installation, and cabinetry.
  • OSHA certification or other construction safety training.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
