• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions focusing on both substance use and mental health concerns, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for diverse populations.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients referred to us by schools and community organizations.
• Utilize our billing service to manage client accounts, including claims submissions and eligibility verifications, allowing you to focus on delivering care.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner to comply with regulatory and billing requirements.
• Schedule ongoing appointments and maintain an organized calendar to provide accessible services for clients of all ages.
• Remain adaptable by effectively managing a variety of clinical presentations, offering tailored interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Your primary focus will be on youth and their families, offering an array of services that include crisis intervention, skills training, and long-term therapeutic support. Our client demographic is diverse, spanning various socioeconomic backgrounds, which provides you with a rich opportunity to engage in culturally competent practice.

• Hold a master’s or doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possess an active state license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker.
• Have at least four years of clinical experience in social work, including internships or practicums.

• Experience working with adolescents and families in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms.
