• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client’s mental health needs, history, and personal challenges.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices tailored to meet specific client goals.
• Provide one-on-one counseling, couples counseling, and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques appropriate to the diverse populations we serve.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches and comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain strict compliance with ethical and legal standards governing the confidentiality and security of client records.

• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
