  • Track feedback, updates, and revisions, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and creative teams
  • Support post-production workflows including photo retouching, editing, 2D motion, and final asset delivery
  • Identify gaps, blockers, or risks and proactively communicate solutions to keep timelines on track

As an Applicant, You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in creative production, associate production, or project coordination within an agency, production studio, or in-house brand team
  • Experience supporting product launches or large-scale marketing campaigns, ideally within consumer electronics, tech, or fast-paced brand environments
Strong organizational skills with experience managing trackers, timelines, and multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and production needs
  • Familiarity with post-production workflows including photo, video editing, motion/animation, and asset finishing
  • Experience working with asset management and collaboration tools such as Box and Frame.io
  • Proficiency in project management and documentation tools, including Microsoft Office; experience with Wrike, Smartsheet, or Asana is a plus
