World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

  • Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.
  • We are looking for someone who is really skilled in both speaking and writing in English.

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with NYC-based ISOs.
  • Drive new business opportunities (ITPs) by meeting and exceeding targeted KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with ISOs to grasp their unique needs and showcase the WBL product as the ideal solution.
  • Increase loan origination volume by developing ISO partnerships through a consultative and personalized sales approach.
  • Spend four days a week visiting ISOs and one day working from the home office to maximize engagement and productivity.

Requirements

  • Required Education:
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is strongly preferred.
      • That said, if you bring significant hands-on experience in sales, lending, or real estate, we're excited to consider that as a valuable alternative to formal education.
  • Required Experience:
    • Bring 3 to 5 years of proven success in sales, account management, or business development to the table.
    • Hands-on experience in MCA lending is essential.
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.

Preferred Background / Industry Experience:

  • Experience in MCA, commercial lending, financial services, or business development environments preferred;
  • Prior exposure to ISO relationship management, loan origination, or small business financing is highly desirable.
