Working hours are typically Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some scheduling flexibility based on patient demands.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique mental health situation using advanced evidence-based practices.
• Craft personalized treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring the strategies align with the individual needs of clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of data privacy and compliance.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals to enhance treatment efficacy, share insights during regular case consultations, and engage in peer review meetings.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, enabling personalized treatment based on individual client needs.
