Randox Toxicology is currently seeking a motivated and target driven individual in the position of Sales ย ย Development Representative. This role will be a part of the expansion of MultiStat focused Sales Team for Toxicology and Clinical applications.
The successful applicant will be joining a successful and expanding US team and will have genuine opportunities to develop and progress their career within the organization.
This position will be a home office-based role based in Chicago, Illinois. Some travel may be required as part of this role. ย 


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify potential customers in line with defined sales targets
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (budget, need, timeline)
  • Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to personalize outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for Sales Executives
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between qualified prospects and Sales Executives
  • Track all outreach activities and lead status updates in CRM


Essential Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a high-activity environment
