The Role:

Join Upstream Rehabilitation, where your work makes a real impact! As a Travel Therapy Coordinator, you will support our Travel Therapy team by managing key administrative tasks and contributing to the program's operational success. In this role, you'll play a direct part in ensuring we can staff clinics and deliver exceptional patient care by supporting clinical hiring-especially for our industry-leading Traveler Program. Your contributions will help advance Upstream's mission, vision, and values every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain accurate tracking of clinical contractors, contract labor requisitions and candidate records.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for hiring managers and MSP/agency partners, ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Distribute contractor confirmations and provide regular requisition status updates to stakeholders.
  • Attend and support monthly touchpoint meetings with agency partners
  • Generate and distribute weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports to support workforce planning and travel program performance.
  • Ensure the travel team roster, schedules, and intranet pages are consistently up to date.
  • Monitor requisitions and provide regular status updates to hiring managers and agency partners.
  • Coordinate internal initiatives, including Journey All Staff and Journey Mentor programs.
  • Support the Travel Therapy Manager and Specialist in managing the National Travel Team, including:
    • Scheduling travelers in partnership with leadership
    • Initiating clinic transfers and tracking credentialing progress
    • Collecting performance reviews and post-assignment evaluations
  • Participate in National Traveler Welcome Meetings and ongoing team meetings.
  • Help develop and improve processes to streamline onboarding, credentialing, and compliance for travelers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business office partners.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in a detail-oriented, self-directed administrative or coordination role.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar business tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ability to travel up to 5% as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience managing multiple schedules, priorities, or stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.60/hour
