Job Title: Workday Technical Applications Analystย  (Integration Developer)

Location Fully Remote (Open to Mountain Time work hours)

Work Authorization: GC/Citizen

Ideal Start Date: ASAP

Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), Connectors, Orchestrate, Workday Studio.

PRISM Analytics, BIRT, and Extend development.

Security & Data Governance within Workday.

Web service technologies: REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, XSLT, XPATH.

Workday Technical Applications Team (5 Senior Analysts + additional team members).

The Workday Integration Developer will be responsible for one or more technical areas of the Workday application, which includes designing, building and testing integrations, reports, analytics, dashboards, worksheets, discovery boards, PRISM, and Extend development. This role will work directly with third parties and internal stakeholders participating in design sessions to gather and document the technical requirements within a product development framework. This role ensures securing shared data and information across the organization. This role requires proficiency in web services technologies.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business and technical disciplines and providing expertise in the development and execution of a comprehensive technical program for the Workday application.

Responsibilities:

โ€ข Utilize Workdayโ€™s set of technical tools such as enterprise interface builder (EIBs), Connectors, Orchestrate for Integrations, and Workday Studio to build inbound and outbound integrations.

โ€ข Utilize Workdayโ€™s reporting tools to build simple and complex reports.

โ€ข Design Workday dashboards, discovery boards and worksheets to effectively share information.

โ€ข Serve as knowledge expert in Workdayโ€™s object model, data sets, integration types and reporting tools, including BIRT and PRISM Analytics

โ€ข Lead or participate in functional and technical design sessions for the development, implementation, configuration and testing of Workday integrations and reports.

โ€ข Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration and reporting solutions. Providing easy to understand diagrams.

โ€ข Provide input and communicate the technical impacts of associated configuration decisions.

โ€ข Proactively, monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and reporting issues in a timely manner.

โ€ข Develop Extend applications.

โ€ข Provide education and assist with training team members and stakeholders and end-users regarding integration processes.

โ€ข Stay informed about Workday updates and new features related to security and manage the implementation of necessary changes or improvements.

โ€ข Communicate and work directly with vendors and internal teams to gather integration and reporting requirements.
