Connoisseur Media – Corporate is looking for a detail-driven, experienced Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team in a full-time remote role. This is a mission-critical position that plays a key role in keeping our revenue operations running smoothly. We’re seeking someone with broadcast accounts receivable experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple priorities, and stays focused under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment where accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork matter every day.

Responsibilities of this position may include the following:

  • Invoicing and client account reconciliations for assigned markets in Marketron/Wide Orbit.
  • \t
  • Apply client payments in Marketron/Wide Orbit.
  • \t
  • Revenue order entry.
  • \t
  • Process billing adjustments and refunds.
  • \t
  • Process credit cards.
  • \t
  • Prepare aging reports for periodic review with local management.
  • \t
  • Collection calls.
  • \t
  • Month-end accounting processes.
  • \t
  • Assist AR personnel with Marketron/Wide Orbit Helpdesk (Zendesk) tickets.

  • Additional duties as assigned, consistent with the position.

Requirements of this position include:

    \t
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in radio, television, cable, or other media traffic or other relevant experience performing the duties of the job.
  • \t
  • Must be highly organized and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • \t
  • Possess strong math skills and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • \t
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • \t
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
  • \t
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • \t
  • Experience with Marketron/Wide Orbit software.
  • \t
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word programs.
  • \t
  • Able to effectively communicate with a variety of people in management, sales, accounting, traffic, and other departments in various locations within the company.

Preference may be given to candidates who meet the above requirements plus have the following:
