Job description

Modern Chevrolet Parts Warehouse of Winston-Salem is currently seeking a Remote Wholesale Parts Salesperson to join the team of Parts professionals at our dealership in NC. Responsibilities for this career opportunity include:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer phone and digital orders.
  • Ensure special orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and nurture customer relationships ensuring our business continues to grow.

Working remotely is an option offered to employees whose commute is 90 minutes or greater.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assists wholesale account customers in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Locates or orders parts as needed.
  • Prepares invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers.
  • Maintains and solicits wholesale accounts in person and by telephone. Keeps parts manager informed on the status of accounts.
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3 or more years of Wholesale Parts experience.
  • CDK experience required
  • Experience with OEC, OPS, and CCC ordering platforms
  • This is a high-energy position. Driven, self-motivated individuals excel.
  • Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Continued education and understanding of OE price match programs ensuring maximum value to our customers.

Additional Remote Requirements:
  • Must have a designated workspace that is quiet and free from distraction.
  • Workspace must be documented with clear pictures or video and must be willing to provide updated pictures or video upon request.
  • Must have constant access to the internet with a direct, wired connection, validated by a monthly billing statement.
  • Must clock in and out using the TCE function in CDK.
  • Must be present, via Microsoft Teams for daily huddle at 7:45 a.m.
  • Must be able to participate in Monthly One-on-One via Microsoft Teams.
  • Must be able to participate in Quarterly face-to-face meetings at Modern Chevrolet Parts Warehouse.
  • Must maintain a 90% connection rate or better on phone lines.
  • Sales performance will be reviewed on a regular basis, with the expectation of upward trends.
