As a remote mental health therapist, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while staying connected with clients through teletherapy. However, we also provide the option for in-office consultations for those who prefer a face-to-face interaction. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health status and individual needs of clients. This includes developing diagnostic formulations and treatment goals based on intake data.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to align with each client's specific goals, and review these plans regularly to track progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities that foster positive mental health outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services to ensure that clients have access to care, especially during times of crisis or when they prefer virtual sessions for convenience and comfort.
• Offer crisis intervention services when immediate support is required, demonstrating expertise, empathy, and effective coping strategies to help clients navigate their urgent mental health concerns.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training, and conferences to enhance your skills and stay current with evolving mental health best practices and regulations.

Our clients are adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and life transitions. • A valid and active license in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor and a non-judgmental approach toward client care, ensuring a safe space for healing.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently, keep detailed records, and fulfill all administrative requirements in a timely manner.
• A clean disciplinary history with your licensing board, reflecting your commitment to ethical practice.

• Experience in providing telehealth services or an eagerness to embrace technology in delivering care.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy modalities and an understanding of trauma-informed care approaches.
