About the Organization

At Inner Solace Mental and Wellness Center, we pride ourselves on being a progressive community health clinic focused on mental health and wellness. Our practice is quickly expanding to meet the growing needs of our community, providing high-quality therapy services tailored to individuals with diverse mental health concerns. With a team of experienced licensed therapists, we embrace a client-centered approach that prioritizes the unique needs of each individual we serve.

Work Environment

As a remote mental health therapist, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while staying connected with clients through teletherapy. However, we also provide the option for in-office consultations for those who prefer a face-to-face interaction. The flexibility in work scheduling ensures that you can effectively manage your work-life balance while fulfilling your professional responsibilities. Our supportive team culture encourages ongoing communication, collaboration, and mutual growth among our therapists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health status and individual needs of clients. This includes developing diagnostic formulations and treatment goals based on intake data.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to align with each client's specific goals, and review these plans regularly to track progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions for adult clients using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities that foster positive mental health outcomes.
  • Provide teletherapy services to ensure that clients have access to care, especially during times of crisis or when they prefer virtual sessions for convenience and comfort.
  • Offer crisis intervention services when immediate support is required, demonstrating expertise, empathy, and effective coping strategies to help clients navigate their urgent mental health concerns.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops, training, and conferences to enhance your skills and stay current with evolving mental health best practices and regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients are adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and life transitions. With a diverse population, you will be challenged to tailor your approach to meet the varying cultural and situational contexts of each individual client. This dynamic environment allows our therapists to make meaningful impacts on the lives of those we serve.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active license in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • A compassionate, empathetic demeanor and a non-judgmental approach toward client care, ensuring a safe space for healing.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently, keep detailed records, and fulfill all administrative requirements in a timely manner.
  • A clean disciplinary history with your licensing board, reflecting your commitment to ethical practice.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing telehealth services or an eagerness to embrace technology in delivering care.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapy modalities and an understanding of trauma-informed care approaches.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage, including dental and vision, ensuring your and your familyโ€™s health needs are met.
  • Therapist malpractice insurance, providing peace of mind in your practice.
  • Participation in a retirement savings plan with a company match, helping you secure your financial future.
  • Flexible work schedule with the freedom to work remotely, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • Unlimited referrals to expand your client base and support your professional growth.
  • Minimal paperwork, allowing you to focus on patient care instead of administrative burdens.
