Job description

We’ll be in Boston on January 29–31, 2026 for a conference. Open to meeting qualified licensed capital raisers in person.

Ballard Global is hiring a senior, FINRA-licensed capital raiser to expand our investor base as we grow further into the HNWI, Family Office, and Institutional allocator channels, while continuing to serve individual accredited investors. This is a producer (hunter) role for an entrepreneurial professional with an established network who can work independently, build pipeline, and close.

About Ballard Global

Ballard Global is a private investment firm offering accredited investors access to private market opportunities aligned with long-term wealth objectives (income, diversification, and multi-generational planning). Ballard Global is not a registered broker-dealer. Ballard Global is the issuer of the offerings. Licensed securities activity is conducted through our partner FINRA-member broker-dealer under broker-dealer supervision, subject to approval and onboarding.

A key reason we’re different

We don’t chase deals. We raise capital for long-term, deeply established partners with proven track records across four core sectors: Real Estate, Agribusiness, Consumer Lending, and AI Tech. These longstanding relationships create deeper operational familiarity and support disciplined, repeatable capital deployment.

Platform + support

We’ve built infrastructure so experienced producers can move quickly with strong investor servicing and clean execution:

· Robust Investor Portal for onboarding, document workflow, and investor servicing

· HubSpot Enterprise CRM for pipeline discipline and reporting

· AI-assisted internal product knowledge and sales enablement support

· Microsoft Teams collaboration across investor relations, ops, and leadership

· Conference participation, events, webinars, and curated lists of prospective accredited investors (where/when available)

Who you are

· FINRA SIE + Series 63 + (Series 7 or Series 82 - Private Securities Offerings Representative) required

· Able to register/hold licenses through our partner broker-dealer, subject to approval and onboarding

· Proven capital raising experience in private credit, alternatives, private equity/real estate, or adjacent private market strategies

· A meaningful existing network of accredited investors and/or HNWI, Family Office, RIA, and Institutional relationships you can engage immediately

· Comfortable in a true hunter seat: self-sourced lead generation, high accountability, and consistent outbound cadence

· High integrity, compliance-first mindset: operate under broker-dealer supervision and use approved materials only

· Organized operator with disciplined follow-up and strong CRM habits

What you’ll do

· Raise capital into Regulation D Rule 506(c) private placements (verified accredited investors)

· Source and close new relationships across HNWI/UHNW individuals, Family Offices, RIAs, and select institutional allocators (as applicable)

· Build and manage your own book of investor relationships you originate

· Drive a consistent prospecting and meeting cadence; convert interest to commitments and funded capital

· Maintain accurate pipeline activity and notes in HubSpot CRM

· Partner with internal teams on investor onboarding, events/webinars, and investor communications—within compliance-approved workflows

Compensation, relationship credit & benefits

· W-2 role with $90,000–$120,000 annualized draw against variable compensation based on capital raised (uncapped)

· Ongoing credit for future allocations from the investors you originate (while employed; per plan and applicable broker-dealer policies)

· On-target earnings for successful producers are expected to exceed $240,000; actual earnings depend on production

· Benefits include medical insurance, PTO, and standard employee benefits

Location / travel

· Remote role; Greater Boston / New England preferred

· Occasional travel for investor meetings, conferences, and company events

Please include:

· Active licenses / registration status (SIE, 63, 7 and/or 82)

· A short summary of your investor network and typical investor profile

· Relevant capital raising background (asset classes and approximate production range)

Compliance: This posting is for recruiting purposes only and is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Any offering is made only via applicable offering documents to eligible investors. Investments involve risk and are not guaranteed.
