About The Role
The Web Designer will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to curate well planned, UX-focused website designs and other digital marketing assets. This person will also assist with building out designs within the CMS, perform ongoing website content maintenance and updates and support QA and troubleshooting efforts.
As a Web Designer, you will...
  • Work with internal design and development teams to create visually compelling websites and digital assets while keeping UX/UI best practices in mind
  • Translate ideas and requirements into interaction flows, wireframes, style guides and front-end webpage designs
  • Assist in designing digital creative for marketing campaigns (banners, email campaigns, illustrations, etc.) with a focus on a cohesive marketing strategy
  • Assist the team in implementing final designs into working front-end solutions that meet specifications and requirements outlined for the project
  • Perform routine website content updates, including adding new pages, publishing blog posts, updating copy and imagery, and ensuring content remains current and accurate across client sites.
  • Assist in QA and testing across multiple browsers and devices to ensure design accuracy and requirement accuracy
  • Collaborate and present on designs at key milestones to peer stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers, content strategists, developers, and other agency personnel on projects
  • Bring ideas and improvements to design process and actively find a better way, always
  • Stay current on the latest UI, UX, SEO and design trends
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • At least one year of related work experience required and online portfolio required. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and other visual design/wireframing tools with front-end design skills preferred.

Position Requirements
Knowledge:
  • Proficient knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD)
  • Design concept skills, including typography, colors, styles, etc.
  • Knowledge of web and web design best practices, including responsive design and digital user experience
  • Experience with WordPress content management system, including familiarity with web page builders (e.g., Avada, Elementor, or similar) with a working knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • Strong organization, presentation, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks in a deadline driven work environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable independently managing routing content updates with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization, internally and externally
  • Comfortable in client-facing environments (calls, presentations, etc.)
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

The Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers in the state of Colorado to disclose the following information. If the position applied to is not located in Colorado, the following information may not apply. Salary Minimum: $54,483 Salary Maximum: $84,448.
