Youย wouldย beย joiningย a close-knit group of attorneys, legal assistants, paralegals, and staff who all share a profound dedication to supporting our clients throughout their recovery journeys.ย

About the Roleย 
The Digital Marketingย Specialistย will play a vital role within The Advocates' in-house marketing team, collaborating on all aspects of the firm's online marketing efforts.ย The role's focus will be onย building andย optimizingย paid campaigns to driveย leads and increase brand awareness as wellย asย coordinating with the creative teamย on the publication of new social and web content.ย ย 

The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads,ย andย Wordpress, along with a strong understanding ofย Google Analytics and relevant campaign performance metrics.ย 

The Digital Marketingย Specialistย will report directly to the Director of Marketing.ย ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Manage and create digital campaigns to drive inbound inquiries from prospective clientsย ย 
  • Coordinate withย theย creative team to publish and promoteย new contentย for the website as well as social mediaย 
  • Report on campaign performance, with an emphasisย on acquisition costsย 
  • Maintain focus on trendsย related to both the legal industry and search marketingย 
  • Oversee website updates, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and content enhancements to drive lead generationย 
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic trafficย 

ย 
Qualifications:ย 

  • 2+ย years ofย experience in digital marketing with a provenย track recordย ofย successful campaign managementย (required)ย 
  • Extremely comfortable working with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Ads,ย Wordpress, and Excel (required)ย 
  • 2+ย yearsย ofย experience within a digital agencyย (preferred)ย 
  • Associate's degree or higher (preferred)ย 
  • Motivated team player whoย isn'tย afraid to ask questionsย 
  • Data drivenย mindsetย with the ability to test and refine campaignsย ย 
  • Ability toย effectively test campaigns, report on results, and implement findingsย across key marketsย 

Compensationย 

  • $75,000 - $90,000ย a year (based on experience)ย
