Owner Operator Truck Driver – Independent Contractor

KJ Freight Alliance is looking to connect with dependable owner-operators who need professional dispatch support. We help independent carriers search for freight, communicate with brokers, negotiate rates, and manage load paperwork while allowing you to stay focused on driving and operating your business.

  • Flexible dispatching based on your availability
  • You have final approval on every load

Owner-Operator Requirements

  • Own or operate qualifying equipment
  • Appropriate active operating authority for the freight being hauled
  • Current commercial insurance
  • Reliable phone/email communication
  • Ability to provide required carrier documents
  • Professional and dependable
  • Willing to communicate availability with dispatch

Compensation

You choose which loads you accept.

Load compensation varies based on equipment, lane, mileage, market rates and individual load offers. KJ Freight Alliance charges an agreed dispatch service fee for completed dispatch services.

No forced dispatch. No guaranteed weekly earnings are advertised.
