Alliance Life Line Counseling is seeking a dedicated, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This remote role will allow you to directly impact the mental health and well-being of clients in medically underserved areas. As a crucial part of our clinical team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and will have the responsibility of assisting clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while working within a supportive virtual environment. • Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients facing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, using evidence-based practices.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to define and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments, including brief and developmentally appropriate screenings, and facilitate detailed evaluations when necessary.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on clients’ presenting issues and requests for service.
• Assist in crisis intervention strategies and provide timely responses to clients in immediate need of support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring compliance with all organizational and ethical standards.
• Document all client interactions promptly and accurately, adhering to the regulatory requirements for reporting.
• Participate in on-call coverage and be readily available for emergent situations as assigned.
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds. This includes clients who may be hesitant to access mental health services due to stigma or financial constraints. Your commitment to understanding and respecting their unique experiences will be key to delivering impactful care and fostering a supportive healing environment.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
• A valid and active LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Proficient in utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to client assessments and treatment.
• Strong understanding of the ethical guidelines and best practices within the social work profession.

• Experience working with underrepresented populations and in community health clinics is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with integrated healthcare systems and collaborative care models.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client tracking.

Alliance Life Line Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
