Position Overview

Alliance Life Line Counseling is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Tampa, Florida. Work Environment

This position will be fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to efficiently manage your caseload from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our collaborative team dynamic. Utilizing telehealth technologies, you will engage with clients, conduct evaluations, and develop care plans to address their unique needs. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy by assessing client needs and implementing appropriate treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive and developmentally appropriate screenings to identify the presence of mental health issues, coordinating further assessments as necessary.
• Establish and maintain positive rapport with clients, collaborating closely with them and their families while fostering a trusting therapeutic environment.
• Develop integrated care plans that are accessible, ensuring seamless service delivery through effective communication among clients, families, and a multi-disciplinary team.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring that all interventions are focused on the clients’ presenting problems and preferences.
• Participate actively in crisis intervention and on-call duties during assigned hours, demonstrating your commitment to providing timely assistance to clients in acute situations.
• Document and manage case records, ensuring all reports and data submissions are completed accurately and promptly to facilitate quality assurance and compliance.
• Engage with local community resources to enhance client care and address social determinants of health impacting their mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse client base consisting primarily of individuals who are economically disadvantaged and may exhibit symptoms of severe emotional disorders or major mental illness. This role requires cultural competence and sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by clients in underserved communities. You will contribute significantly to improving their quality of life through tailored support services.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a licensed clinical social worker in a mental health or community health setting.
• Strong understanding of community health principles and patient-centered care practices.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and partner with clients to promote their autonomy and empower them in their personal growth.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in remote environments and familiarity with telehealth platforms are advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of culturally responsive practices and proficiency in working with diverse populations will be considered valuable assets for candidates.

Compensation and Benefits

Alliance Life Line Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
