Job description

We’re seeking a results-driven product marketing manager to join our team. You will support our e-commerce marketing strategy for consumer products and be a crucial team member in driving our e-commerce transformation initiative for organizational growth. You will work closely with various departments to optimize online sales funnels and search strategy and ensure an exceptional online shopping experience. This role requires a combination of strong communication and data-analytics skills to assist the E-Commerce Lead in different tasks to drive growth across the organization.

This position ideally will be based at Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA, or remote from the Seattle, WA area. Candidates in other U.S. locations are encouraged to apply, as remote arrangements may be considered.
 

Key Objectives of Role: 

  • Support the E-Commerce Lead in executing strategic initiatives to grow online sales across Amazon, Epson’s webstore, Walmart, and Target.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of search engine optimization (SEO), paid media, and content strategies to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional planning to align e-commerce efforts with broader product marketing and business goals.
  • Help identify and implement opportunities for digital shelf optimization and enhance customer experience.
  • Contribute to the development of performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs and inform decision-making (KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer satisfaction).

Core Responsibilities

  • Works closely with other Product Managers, Marketing Communications, Sales, Logistics, Finance and other groups to manage the product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Track strategy performance during Test & Learn to grow and enhance digital customer engagements and sales conversion.
  • Partner with the E-Commerce Lead to overview day-to-day operations of e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Creative, Analytics) and external partners (agencies, platforms) to ensure timely execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Assist in managing content updates, catalog maintenance, and merchandising strategies across retailer platforms.
  • Support the creation and optimization of A+ content, brand stores, and advertising assets.
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights and recommendations using 3rd party data tool such Stackline.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Stay current on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to inform strategy and execution.
  • Coordinates cross-functionally and communicates strategic and tactical marketing directions and plans to partners.
  • Measures and communicates effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns to continually improve resource optimization and efficiency and accelerate sales.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with peers and Senior Managers to best meet company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and leverage relationships with marketing vendors, industry trade groups, analysts, and publications.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce marketing
  • Highly proficient with data analytics 
  • Expertise (at least 3) years of recent experience) working in Amazon Vendor Central
  • Management of large, complex catalogs with bulk content and variation updates
  • Assisting with strategy and execution of Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns tied to retail goals
  • Vendor central analytics, Brand Analytics, and retail media measurement tools experience
  • Assist with brand store, A+ content, digital shelf optimization as well as content implementation across all retailers.
  • Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience, MBA preferred

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $137,419 and $171,772. Please note that this position’s salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
