Position: eCommerce Account Manager

Company: Instant Pot Brands

Location: Hybrid (Tuesday–Thursday in Chicago office) or Remote (with travel)

Reports to: Sr eCommerce Manager

Position Summary:

Own and optimize digital shelf performance across key eCommerce marketplaces with a focus on high-converting PDPs, Brand Stores, retail media, and data-driven optimization. This role blends content strategy, marketplace search, and analytics to drive visibility, conversion, and ROI. 

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PDP setup and optimization (titles, bullets, imagery, video, A+/rich content, attributes, FAQs, variations).

• Develop and optimize digital content to maximize discoverability, shopper clarity, and conversion across marketplaces.

• Lead Brand Store / storefront strategy, merchandising, and optimization across eCommerce platforms.

• Drive marketplace SEO, GEO, and share-of-search through keyword strategy, taxonomy, and content structuring (incl. Rufus awareness).

• Assist with retail media (PPC) execution and optimization across platforms, balancing growth and efficiency.

• Develop and execute launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing programs to drive incremental sales.

• Define and track core eCommerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, content health, share of search, media performance).

• Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear optimization actions and priorities.

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to align execution with business goals.

• Monitor competitive activity and category trends to inform content, media, and merchandising strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce marketplaces (Amazonrequired, Walmart and Targeta plus).
  • Provenexpertisein PDP content, listing optimization, and digital shelf execution.
  • Experience with retail media / PPC and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills withabilityto define KPIs and measure ROI.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
