• Implement individual, family, and group therapy using established evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals and evidence-based interventions.
• Engage with the treatment team to coordinate care, ensuring a client-centered approach to treatment and outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to support clients in crisis situations effectively.
• Maintain meticulous, timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records reflect current treatment strategies.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance community and peer support networks.

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
