Regular travel within these markets is required for clinic content capture, events, launches, and field visits.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer / Creative Producer to own visual consistency, creative execution, and asset production across the full U.S. marketing function. This role will create and produce the visual assets needed to support product launches, paid media, story-driven demand campaigns, website pages, event materials, clinic collateral, and broader brand execution.
The role also includes leading photo and video content production so Open Bionics can turn real people, real products, and real proof into stronger marketing. This includes personally capturing and editing content where appropriate, while also planning, directing, and managing external photographers and videographers as needed. This is not a traditional graphic design role. It is a hands-on creative production role built to improve quality, consistency, and speed across everything marketing needs to ship, while helping shape the design system and visual standards across channels.
Key responsibilities
  • Own visual execution across paid media, product launches, story-driven demand campaigns, website pages, print materials, clinic collateral, and event support
  • Own and evolve the visual design system across marketing channels so assets remain consistent, scalable, and on-brand
  • Design high-quality assets for paid ads, landing pages, website pages, presentations, brochures, event materials, social content, email support, and campaign rollouts
  • Create website page layouts, supporting imagery, and conversion-oriented visual assets that strengthen marketing performance
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing on launch materials, product assets, launch visuals, clinician-facing materials, and market-facing product updates
  • Partner closely with the Content & Campaigns Manager to bring story-driven demand campaigns to life visually across PR, social, paid campaign assets, email, and landing pages
  • Capture and edit patient, clinician, product, and event content through photography and video, while also planning and directing contractor-led shoots in other markets as needed
  • Produce and edit visual story assets for campaigns, paid ads, launches, PR, social, web, and email, whether created directly or through external creative partners
  • Brief, direct, and manage external photographers, videographers, editors, and other creative contractors to ensure high-quality output, consistency, and efficient execution across markets
  • Create event and field marketing materials including signage, handouts, displays, clinic materials, posters, printed assets, and branded support materials
  • Support paid media performance by creating stronger ad creative and helping generate more varied, high-quality campaign assets
  • Build reusable templates, asset systems, and brand guidelines so the team can move faster without losing consistency
  • Ensure the Open Bionics visual identity is executed to a high standard across all U.S. marketing touchpoints
  • Use AI-supported creative tools where helpful while maintaining strong design quality and consistency
  • Support additional creative and production projects as needed

Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in visual design, brand design, creative production, multimedia design, or a closely related role
  • Strong portfolio showing high-quality work across digital campaigns, paid ads, landing pages, web design, presentations, print materials, and brand assets
  • Strong design fundamentals across layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Strong ability to create high-quality assets across a wide range of formats, including paid ads, website pages, launch materials, social assets, and print collateral
  • Experience creating conversion-oriented creative for paid media, campaigns, landing pages, and web
  • Experience designing website page layouts and supporting visual systems for marketing pages
  • Experience supporting product launches with campaign visuals, launch assets, and product marketing support
  • Strong photo and video capture and editing skills, including experience creating real customer, patient, or user story content and directing external creative contractors when needed
  • Strong ability to translate product, campaign, and story briefs into visually compelling assets
  • Proficiency using creative tools for design, photo editing, and video editing
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects and deadlines in a lean environment, with strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
  • Experience of 3D modelling, making digital renders. (Blender experience preferred)

  • Experience creating event materials, field materials, or clinic-facing marketing assets
  • Experience planning and directing contractor-led photo or video shoots across multiple locations or markets
  • Experience working across both brand-building and performance-oriented creative
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate production, asset variation, ideation, or editing while maintaining strong creative judgment
