Job description

Virtual Office Special Counsel (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our team as a Virtual Office Special Counsel in a mostly remote setting. As a Special Counsel, you will play a critical role in handling administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and employment litigation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement case strategies for employment law matters
• Draft and review work product, including pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Conduct depositions and represent clients at hearings, conferences, and trials
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to provide exceptional legal services to clients
Requirements:
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• More than 7 years of experience in employment law and litigation
• Active bar membership in good standing (California bar admission preferred)
• Proven track record of success in handling employment law matters
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
