We serve a large Spanish-speaking client base and take pride in providing clear communication, professionalism, and compassionate guidance throughout the legal process.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
  • Skilled in communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Professional and confident in both client-facing and court-related settings

If you are someone who takes ownership of your work, learns quickly, and values professionalism, we will train you in our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients (lot of client interaction)
  • Conduct case preparation, follow-ups, and case updates with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist in preparing immigration applications, forms, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files using firm systems
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely case progression
  • Support attorneys with case preparation, including court-related matters
  • Manage high-volume client communication while maintaining quality and consistency

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Professional demeanor, especially in sensitive client and court settings
  • Strong sense of accountability and follow-through

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in customer service, legal support, or client-facing roles
  • Interest in immigration law or legal services
  • Experience working with diverse or immigrant communities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Opportunities for advancement and skill development
  • PTO, paid federal holidays, 401(k), and health insurance
