  • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to help clients enhance their mental health and emotional well-being.

  • Serve as a strong advocate for clients by helping them set realistic and achievable treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will comprise stable adults with low acuity needs, all of whom have been pre-screened prior to booking sessions. Qualifications
  • Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently in Maryland, including but not limited to: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).
  • No provisional or limited licenses and a clean disciplinary record with the state board.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity for empathic engagement.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in telehealth or remote counseling environments.)

  • Knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques or experience with diverse populations.

The salary range for this role is competitive, with annual earnings between USD 90,000 and 100,000.
