  • Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly with stakeholders across engineering, QA, art, and product teams.
  • Ensure compliance with jurisdictional and regulatory requirements prior to certification submission.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Delivering games that move smoothly through development and certification.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
  • Meeting development timelines through strong execution discipline.
  • Identifying technical risks early and resolving them proactively.
  • Collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Consistently delivering highquality work on schedule.
  • What You Bring
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proven experience contributing to shipped commercial software.
  • Strong understanding of objectoriented design principles.
  • Experience with structured development workflows and version control.
  • Strong debugging and systemslevel problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently from technical requirements and documentation.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to consistently deliver quality software on schedule.
  • Nice to Haves
