Artemis is seeking a Graphic Designer/Multimedia Specialist to produce professional, high-quality graphics and multimedia that support communications and outreach-including websites, videos, presentations, documents, brochures, events, and branding-for a large-scale stakeholder engagement contract. This role translates program messaging into compelling, accessible visual assets.
The Graphic Designer/Multimedia Specialist is a self-starter, proactive problem-solver, and action-oriented team player with strong visual design and multimedia production skills. This position requires an individual committed to superior client service, poised under pressure, with a positive and flexible attitude.
This is a contingent hire position.
Offers will be contingent upon client approval, ability to meet security requirements, and the ability to adhere to any on-site requirements (which may change at contract award).

Primary Responsibilities- Provide professional, artistic, high-quality graphics, publication designs, and multimedia to support outreach efforts, including websites, videos, presentations, documents, brochures, events, and branding.
- Contribute to communications products such as case studies, infographics, promotional materials, and briefing decks.
- Produce and edit visual and multimedia content consistent with client branding, messaging, and digital strategies.
- Ensure designed products conform to Section 508 accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate with the communications team to translate key messages into compelling visual assets.
- Support event, web, and social media visual needs as required.
- Minimum of 3 years of graphic design and multimedia production experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Portfolio demonstrating federal or public-sector work required.
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility standards preferred.
- Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability/public trust determination.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and time management skills.
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize and work well with others.
- Ability to communicate thoughts, ideas and solutions logically both written and orally.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
