At Hunsaker Dental, we’re looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, and wants to gain experience in both administration and light marketing/social media. No dental experience required.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative & Office Support

  • Monitor and organize incoming emails.
  • Flag important emails and help keep communication organized.
  • Data entry and updating spreadsheets/documents.
  • File organization and digital document management.
  • Assist with creating packets, binders, and printed materials.
  • Run occasional office errands and supply pickups.
  • Periodically walk through the office to ensure common areas remain polished, welcoming, and visually presentation-ready for patients, guests, and marketing content.
  • Organize calendars, reminders, and task lists.
  • Help prepare for meetings, trainings, and events.
  • Support leadership team with day-to-day tasks as needed.
  • Assist with scanning, copying, labeling, and uploading documents.
  • Help keep internal systems and processes organized.


Marketing & Social Media Support

  • Capture office photos/videos for social media.
  • Assist with creating engaging social media posts and marketing materials.
  • Help schedule or post social media content.
  • Brainstorm fun team and patient engagement ideas.
  • Assist with marketing projects and community events.
