Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our SaaS application. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS business models, product lifecycle management, and agile methodologies. You will collaborate cross-functionally to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the product roadmap for our SaaS platform based on customer needs, market trends, and company goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and deliver product features and improvements.
  • Conduct customer and market research, gather user feedback, and translate insights into product requirements (PRDs, user stories).
  • Prioritize product backlog using frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW) and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
  • Lead cross-functional agile development teams through planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor product performance metrics (NPS, churn, retention, usage analytics) and iterate to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and evangelize the product internally and externally.
  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand client needs and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up to date on competitive landscape, technology trends, and SaaS best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to drive decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with API-based platforms or integrations.
  • Familiarity with customer onboarding, subscription billing, or multi-tenant SaaS systems.
  • Technical background or experience working closely with software engineering teams.
