Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Remote)
Role Overview
A dynamic and innovative User Experience Design Team is searching for an experienced Lead UX Designer to lead the design of cutting-edge products. This role involves working closely with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and project managers. The position plays a pivotal part in shaping the user experience of digital products, ensuring they meet high standards of usability and design. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in design tools, and a passion for crafting industry-leading digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Translate wireframes into comps, storyboards, and experience prototypes.
  • Oversee the work of multiple UX projects, coordinating meetings and reporting on project status.
  • Develop and communicate industry-leading creative concepts while balancing strategic development with online business objectives.
  • Provide quality assurance for all creative deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all digital products.
  • Mentor and guide junior UX designers.
  • Lead the development of product design strategies and roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of experience in UX design for digital products. A portfolio showcasing design principles and successful product outcomes is required.
