Job Title: Junior UX Designer Location: San Antonio or Plano, TX Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Onsite Campus Contract Length: 12 Months Job Ref #: 247631 Support key member experiences including Join, Onboarding, and Member Recognition & Rewards. This position is designed for recent graduates through approximately 2-4 years of professional experience and focuses on human-centered design, visual design, research, and mobile experiences. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in UX Design or a closely related human-centered field Recent graduate or approximately 2-4 years of UX Design experience Demonstrated understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies Good visual design skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Figma Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual design capabilities Academic portfolio projects are acceptable Responsibilities Apply human-centered design methodologies, including the Double Diamond framework Design intuitive and engaging experiences based on user insights Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Legal partners Participate in user research, including interviews, usability testing, synthesis, and insights generation Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform and validate design decisions Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and pen and paper Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback into iterative design solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for Native Apps or Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) Graphic design experience Motion design experience Interest in emerging technologies and integrating AI into product experiences and design workflows
