Junior User Researchers often help prepare research materials, analyze findings, and communicate insights to stakeholders.

To thrive as a Junior User Researcher, you need a solid understanding of research methodologies, user experience principles, and strong analytical skills, usually supported by a relevant degree such as psychology, human-computer interaction, or a related field. Excellent communication, curiosity, and empathy are crucial soft skills for effectively engaging participants and presenting findings to stakeholders. These skills ensure that user needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable insights, directly impacting product design and user satisfaction.
