As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will engage with clients through virtual platforms, ensuring that high-quality support and interventions are accessible to those who need them most. • Provide direct clinical services to clients, both in virtual settings and in the community, focusing on those experiencing symptoms of significant mental illness and emotional disturbances.
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients and their families to build trust, essential to effective treatment and recovery.
• Collaborate effectively as a part of a multidisciplinary team, advancing shared goals through mutual support and respect.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, coordinating further evaluations as necessary to identify client needs accurately.
• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans ensuring that clients have access to comprehensive services aligned with their unique needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe environment for recovery while monitoring progress and addressing crises as they arise.
• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress as per organizational standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance and accountability.
• Participate in on-call duties as assigned, ensuring that emergency support is available when necessary.
• Engage actively in quality improvement initiatives, contributing insights to improve service delivery and client outcomes.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, particularly in crisis situations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear articulation of treatment plans and progress to clients and team members alike.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• A demonstrated ability to respect and work inclusively with individuals from different backgrounds, traditions, and belief systems.

• Experience in a detox or similar setting, providing care to individuals with substance use disorders is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with integrated care planning and inter-agency coordination to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Previous involvement with quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting, particularly related to mental health services.
