This role is performed entirely remotely, allowing you to create a professional and comfortable workspace tailored to your needs. You will utilize secure telehealth platforms to conduct client sessions, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. Our remote setting prioritizes flexibility and work-life balance, with regular team meetings and case consultations conducted virtually. Our standard operational hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a stable schedule.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to effectively identify individual needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions that incorporate a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and relational techniques.
• Engage clients actively during sessions, fostering a safe and open environment that encourages dialogue and self-discovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment plans, session notes, and client progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational protocols using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Regularly review and update treatment strategies based on client feedback and progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and supervision to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay current with industry advancements.

The clients we serve come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, presenting a wide range of mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Your role is to empower these clients by equipping them with tools and strategies to navigate their personal challenges effectively. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving their quality of life and achieving their therapeutic goals.

• A Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing counseling services to clients.
• Strong communication skills, demonstrating both clarity in conveying information and empathy in understanding clients’ perspectives.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms is advantageous for maintaining organized documentation and communication.

Experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, couples counseling, or adolescent therapy is highly valued. A passion for engaging in community outreach and workshops to promote mental health awareness will set candidates apart. The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
