Role Overview:

We are hiring a qualified LCSW Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision, case consultation, and regulatory oversight for Associate Social Workers (LCSWAs / LMSWs) and Case Managers across Georgia and North Carolina.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver weekly/bi-weekly individual and group supervision to associate social workers and clinical staff.
  • Audit clinical charts, psychosocial assessments, and care coordination plans for compliance and quality control.
  • Maintain required state supervision logs, evaluation forms, and board documentation.
  • Provide clinical direction for crisis situations, mandatory reporting, and high-risk client interventions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on program development and staff training.

Qualifications:

  • Active, fully unrestricted LCSW license in Georgia, North Carolina, or dual licensure.
  • NC Board Requirement: Minimum of 2 years of post-LCSW clinical practice experience.
  • GA Board Requirement: Fully licensed LCSW in good standing.
  • Previous experience supervising associate-level clinicians or leading clinical teams in community settings.
