Role Overview:
We are seeking licensed Behavioral and Mental Health Therapists to deliver community-based and in-home therapy services across Georgia and North Carolina. You will conduct assessments, formulate individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to support emotional and behavioral wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients in home and community settings.
• Create, implement, and update tailored therapeutic treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, or crisis intervention therapy.
• Collaborate with case managers, clinical supervisors, and family support teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state standards (GA/NC).

Qualifications:

• Active clinical license in Georgia or North Carolina (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or associate-level equivalent under supervision).
• Experience in community mental health, pediatric/adolescent care, or in-home therapeutic services preferred.
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
