We are selectively onboarding currently licensed Texas life insurance agents in the Dallas–Fort Worth area who want a structured, supported sales environment without cold calling or door knocking.
This opportunity is designed for agents who prefer qualified conversations, teamwork, and consistent support while building their own book of business.License Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

Must hold an ACTIVE Texas Life Insurance License

License must be in good standing

We are not accepting unlicensed applicants or those planning to get licensed later


What You’ll Be Doing

Working directly with the Dallas–Fort Worth Regional Manager

Participating in pre-arranged, professional group settings

Delivering short, structured presentations (training provided)

Meeting with interested individuals one-on-one after presentations

Helping clients select appropriate life insurance solutions

Collaborating with other licensed agents as part of a team-based model
