We operate with clear processes, modern tools, and strong internal support, allowing our agents to perform efficiently and deliver excellent service.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Remote Insurance Agent to join our expanding Sales Team.


Responsibilities

  • Work with a steady flow of warm leads generated internally
  • Conduct professional sales calls and identify client needs
  • Prepare and present insurance quotes (commercial auto, trucking, cargo, liability, etc.)
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Manage renewals and ensure high-quality follow-up
  • Update records in Salesforce and Applied Epic accurately
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Policy Services, and Underwriting teams
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients across multiple channels
