• Self-discipline and consistency in a remote, commission-based environment. Preferred Qualifications • One or more years of life insurance, financial services, or inside sales experience.

• Multi-state licensing or willingness to obtain additional state appointments.

• Experience with CRM platforms and dialer software.

• Background in retirement, estate, or final expense planning. Compensation

• 100% commission. Pay is tied to policies issued.

• Competitive commission contracts across multiple carriers.

• Daily and weekly pay options available through carrier direct deposit.

• Renewal income on qualifying policies. • Production-based bonuses on qualifying milestones. Compensation is 100% commission and tied directly to your personal production. Actual earnings vary based on licensing, time commitment, lead utilization, and adherence to the sales process. We do not guarantee any specific income.

What We Provide

• Access to vetted, qualified leads from multiple sources within our partnership network.

• Carrier appointments and onboarding support.

• Product training, daily coaching, and ongoing sales development.

• A flexible remote work environment.
