  • Facilitating crisis interventions, risk assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary.
  • Leading group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to support clients in their therapeutic journey.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills and remain current in best practices.

Our patient population includes individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and varying socio-economic statuses. Clients may present with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient assessment skills and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
Preferred Experience

While two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, we value passion and a strong desire to learn. Candidates with experience in telehealth delivery will have an advantage, as remote work requires adaptability and proficiency with digital communication tools.
