Tufts Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As a remote position, this role offers flexibility to support your work-life balance while still allowing you to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients. You will operate from your home office, connecting with clients via video sessions, phone calls, or online platforms. Our outpatient office setting provides a supportive infrastructure, including access to continuous supervision, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and the use of advanced electronic health record systems to maintain comprehensive patient documentation.

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be tasked with:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.
• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy utilizing proven, evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborating with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to create and implement holistic, client-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitating crisis interventions, risk assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary.
• Leading group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to support clients in their therapeutic journey.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in regular team meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills and remain current in best practices.

Our patient population includes individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds and varying socio-economic statuses. Clients may present with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. As a therapist, your understanding and sensitivity to these diverse experiences will be essential in building rapport and trust with clients.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices and modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Proficient assessment skills and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans.

While two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, we value passion and a strong desire to learn. Candidates with experience in telehealth delivery will have an advantage, as remote work requires adaptability and proficiency with digital communication tools.

Tufts Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, alongside performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include:
