Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in delivering high-quality mental health care in a fully remote setting. Work Environment

This position is designed to be remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while contributing to our outpatient services. You will have the resources and technology necessary to conduct therapy sessions effectively, including a secure virtual platform for client interactions, which ensures confidentiality and compliance with ethical standards. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear therapeutic goals, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
• Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups to augment clients' therapeutic experiences and community engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. You will provide support for clients grappling with issues such as relationship challenges, emotional distress, and life transitions. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients build resilience and navigate complex emotional landscapes, contributing significantly to their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably in a therapeutic role.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
