Employees hired through this process will join MGPS and receive a comprehensive benefits package and competitive pay.ย  Job Description: As the ServiceNow Integration Lead Developer, you will take ownership of designing and implementing a robust, bidirectional REST integration between ServiceNow and external systems. Your primary responsibility will be to architect and deliver seamless integrations, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow development, IntegrationHub, and the App Engine. You will be expected to work independently, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring that integration patterns are optimized for performance and reliability.ย  In this role, you will guide the development roadmap, making key decisions on integration architecture and best practices. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, ServiceNow integration patterns, and hands-on experience with ServiceNowโ€™s integration tools will be essential. Exposure to Mules or similar middleware platforms will be highly advantageous, as it will allow you to bridge complex systems efficiently. Your ability to mentor team members, troubleshoot integration issues, and deliver high-quality solutions will be critical to the success of the project.ย  Job Responsibilities: * Lead the design and development of bi-directional ServiceNow REST integrations.
