• Provide individual therapy and psychotherapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop effective treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews, patient history reviews, and observational techniques to determine the most appropriate therapeutic approaches or referrals.
• Maintain a caseload that includes managing individual therapy sessions and collateral therapy, ensuring high-quality delivery of mental health services.
• Prepare meticulous documentation, including assessments, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, adhering to program-specific standards and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly review client files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with both internal standards and state regulations, ensuring treatment continuity and quality assurance.
• Implement and adapt assessment protocols as needed to align with best practices in social work and healthcare regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with current trends in mental health care.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at ReviveLife, you will work with a diverse patient population, each facing unique mental health challenges. Our clients include adults and adolescents grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will be instrumental in helping them navigate these challenges and in enhancing their overall well-being.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate program.
• A valid and unrestricted Clinical Independent Social Worker License (LICSW).
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting, with at least one year focused in a mental health environment.
• Expertise in case management and strong clinical skills as a social worker.
• Exceptional conflict management abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or similar healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices.
