As a completely remote position, our LPC will operate from their home while maintaining the structure and support provided by our outpatient office environment. The work schedule is conducive to work-life harmony, with standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring no need for evening or weekend commitments. Our team utilizes modern telehealth platforms and tools to facilitate effective sessions with clients, allowing for flexibility while maintaining professional standards.

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Conduct assessments during intake sessions to determine clients’ mental health needs and treatment goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with treatment plans and appropriate discharge procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans, regularly reviewing progress through one-on-one sessions.
• Engage in ongoing supervision and collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

This role primarily serves an outpatient client base that may include individuals dealing with issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and trauma-related challenges. Practitioners will need to demonstrate flexibility in their therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required for this position.
• An unrestricted, independent, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is mandatory, showcasing competence in handling various mental health issues.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills are essential for effective client interactions and collaboration with team members.

• Experience working with both individual and group therapy models is a plus.
