• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health status and emotional well-being of clients, identifying specific needs and appropriate interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals of each client, employing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic practices.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities to address various mental health issues.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to improve client outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and timely support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support systems.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, legal standards, and ethical practices.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals—to provide integrated care and enhance the quality of client services.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment through continuous professional development and training workshops.
• Participate actively in supervision sessions aimed at improving clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.
• Strictly adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards as mandated by relevant licensing bodies.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote care models is advantageous, given the virtual nature of our services.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and evidence-based treatment approaches.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
