What We Are Looking For:
A highly organized and mission focused operations/administrative professional with strong customer service and project coordination capabilities.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
  • Manage day-to-day operational processes
  • Support church engagement workflows
  • Oversee reporting and operational systems
  • Ensure successful execution of recruitment initiatives that drive church participation and growth

Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Process coordination
    • Operations
    • Administrative support
    • Customer service
    • Project management
  • Experience with:
    • Data management and reporting
    • CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Familiarity with church, ministry, or nonprofit environments preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework and experience

Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the rate of pay is projected to be between $23 and $27 per hour ($47,840 - $56,160 per year).
