We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Input Clerk to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Data Input Clerk at Keystone RV Center, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a key role in ensuring our records are accurate and up-to-date, supporting various departments including inventory, sales, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter data into internal databases and systems

  • Update and maintain customer, inventory, and sales records

  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve any discrepancies

  • Generate reports and assist with data audits as needed

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Perform general administrative duties related to data management

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree a plus)

  • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
