Trade Compliance Intern

Our client is seeking a Trade Compliance Intern to join their team. This role supports North America Trade Compliance efforts through recordkeeping, audits, data entry, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.

This position will be remote.
Pay for this position would be $18.00 - $21/hour (Based On Experience)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Review import documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in trade records
  • Maintain organized filing systems for compliance documentation
  • Update and manage compliance databases
  • Assist with audits and reporting activities
  • Support special projects within the Trade Compliance team

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
