Job description

Job Title: Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst (364-1)

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite- 5 days a week)

Hire Type: Fulltime

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead in developing/updating company policy and procedures related to import compliance.
  • Design, document, implement, and maintain systems to qualify products/transactions for tariff reductions under special trade programs.
  • Maintain required records.
  • Manage clientโ€™s Customs brokers and freight forwarders.
  • Perform audits/self-assessments.
  • Present global trade related training materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of global trade compliance experience
  • Experience leading tariff reduction opportunities under special trade programs.
  • Must be a well-organized self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to work through complex issues with team members and across departments, levels, and with external customers.
  • Must be able to identify training needs and deliver training to fill knowledge gaps.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Licensed Customs Broker
  • Some experience with SAP, ENOVIA, ACE, Business Objects
